The Contracting Authority Is Looking For One [1] Contractor To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Which It Will Supervise The Inspection Of Asphalt Roads, Cycle Paths And Concrete Roads And The Carrying Out Of Asphalt Renewal And Asphalt Repair Work. The Assignment Broadly Consists Of The Following Activities (For A Complete Assignment Description, See The Requirement Specification Part 0-General): Process-Related Activities: • Drawing Up An Implementation Plan In Which The Implementation Strategy, Planning And Working Methods Are Explained, So That The Client Gains Insight Into The Approach; • Annual Inspections On Main Roads, Fast Cycle Routes (Including Adjacent Cycle Paths) And Concrete Roads; • Coordination Of Inspection Results And Maintenance Proposals With The Client; • Drawing Up An Annual Plan With Concrete Measures Within The Available Budget; • Execution Of Partial Assignments After Approval Of The Annual Plan, In Accordance With Requirement Specification Part 1, Section 2.2; • Arranging Permits, Exemptions And Temporary Facilities For Safe Implementation. • Data Management, Including Updating And Transfer Of Area Data. Maintenance Work: • Inspections Of Asphalt Roads, Cycle Paths And Concrete Roads; • Renewal And Repair Of Asphalt And Concrete Pavements; • Trench Repair After Excavation Work; • Raising Manhole Covers; • Life-Extending Measures, Such As Sealing Noise-Reducing Asphalt Coatings; • Breaking Up And Applying Edge Closures; • Breaking Up And Applying Elemental Paving; • Removal Of Roots Due To Root Pressure
