Partial Contracts Can Be Concluded Up To The Financial Limit Of The Framework Agreement, Which Is Czk 91,650,000 Without Vat. The Limit Also Applies To The Unit Prices Listed In The Selected Suppliers Offer, Which Cannot Be Exceeded Within The Framework Of Performance. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is The Realization And Implementation, Including Detailed Implementation Analysis And Development And Support Of The Operation Of The System - The Register Of Parties Relying On The Eudiw Wallet In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 1183/2024 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Which Amends Regulation (Eu) No. 910/2014, Including The Implementing Acts Of These Regulations. The Subject Of Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Is Broadly Specified In The Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 4 Of This Zd) And In Its Annex No. 5 (Technical Specification).
