Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tenders For Physiotherapy In The Cooperation Area Of Western Finland. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Finnish-Language Physiotherapy Service Organized As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation For Individual Clients Of The National Pension Service (Later Kela) In The Cooperation Area Of Western Finland. The Service To Be Procured And The Requirements Regarding The Therapy Are Described In The Service Description In Appendix 1 (Therapies For Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1 January 2027). The Contract Period Is 1 November 2026-31 December 2028. The Contract Includes Two One-Year Options For The Period 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030. Therapies According To The Customers Contract Begin On January 1, 2027. Kela Is Asking For Offers For A 45-Minute Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Prices Derived From The Price Of The Offered 45-Minute Face-To-Face Therapy Visit And Other Compensations To Be Paid For The Service Are Described In Appendices 1 Prices And 2 Price Explanations And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Contract. By Submitting An Offer, The Offeror Undertakes To Produce The Therapy That Is The Subject Of The Contract In The Form Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits. The Commitment To Face-To-Face Therapy Applies To The Service Provider, Not Every Therapist Named In The Contract. The Form Of Therapy Implementation (Face-To-Face, Remote Rehabilitation Or A Combination Of These) Is Determined According To The Clients Needs. The Provider Is Not Obliged To Commit To Providing The Service As Remote Rehabilitation Or A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Remote Rehabilitation. Therapy Is Implemented According To The Customers Needs As Face-To-Face Therapy Visits, A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Remote Rehabilitation, Or Remote Rehabilitation In Accordance With Chapter 5 Of The Service Description (Appendix 1). The Client Must Have The Opportunity For The Face-To-Face Therapy He Needs. Face-To-Face Therapy Visits Are Carried Out According To The Clients Needs As A Home Visit In The Clients Everyday Environment. If The Service Provider Has Its Own Premises, Face-To-Face Visits Can Also Take Place In The Premises According To The Customers Needs. Remote Rehabilitation Is Implemented As Video Calls. By Submitting An Offer, The Offeror Undertakes To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Visits For The Entire Duration Of The Contract In The Area Of The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Western Finland Cooperation Area Map And Municipalities) To Which The Offer Has Been Given. The Combined Anticipated Value Of The Physiotherapy Procurement In The Western Finland Cooperation Area During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is 42.5 M€ And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is 63.2 M€. The Predicted Values And Maximum Values Of The Framework Arrangement For Each Municipality Group During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Years) Are Described In Appendix 3 Quantities To Be Procured.
