Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Ventilation Installations. Central Ventilation System For The Daycare Center The Daycare Center Is Ventilated And Ventilated Via A Central Supply/Exhaust Air Device With Heat Recovery (Air Volume Flow Approx. 5,200 M³/H). From There, The Air Pipes Are Distributed To The Ground Floor And Upper Floor. Two Motorized Fire Dampers Will Be Installed On The Ground Floor, As Well As Two On The Upper Floor. Two Motorized Fire Dampers Are Also Provided In The Area Of ​​The Floor Transition. The Duct Network Is Regulated Via Constant Volume Flow Controllers With Downstream Pipe Silencers. Plate Valves (Metal Version) And Swirl Outlets Are Used As Air Outlets. The Msr Control Cabinet Is Installed In The Building Services Room On The Upper Floor. This Is Included In The Msr Trade And Controls And Regulates All Technical Systems / Pumps Etc. There Is A Connection To The Fire Alarm System (Bma) As Well As Remote Access. It Is Operated Via A Central Room Control Unit. The Control Is Based On The Measured Co2 Content In The Exhaust Air Duct. In Summer Operation, The System Can Be Used For Free Night Cooling. Kitchen Ventilation System The Kitchen Is Supplied Via A Separate Supply/Exhaust Air Device With Heat Recovery And An Air Volume Flow Of Approx. 2,100 M³/H. The Device Is Also Intended For Outdoor Installation In Green Areas. Foundations Are Built On Site, The Structure-Borne Sound-Isolated Substructure Is Installed By The Contractor. The Air Heater Is Connected Via The Pww. An Empty Housing For A Later Cooling Register Is Planned, But Is Currently Unequipped. An Optional Retrofitting Of The Chiller Is Possible. The Device Contains Integrated Silencers (Au/Fo/Zu/Ab). The Cables Are Routed Along The Outer Facade With A Wall Penetration Into The Building Services Room On The Upper Floor. From There, The Distribution Takes Place Within The Suspended Ceiling Towards The Kitchen. The Exhaust Air Duct Is Made Of Stainless Steel (V2a) In A Grease-Tight Design. The Kitchen Exhaust Air And Supply Air Components (Hoods, Outlets) Are Delivered And Installed By The Contractor. The Msr Control Cabinet Is Installed In The Building Services Room On The Upper Floor
