The Estimated Total Order Quantity Is 17,000,000 L Of Standard Diesel Oil, Including The Right To Purchase 1,000,000 L Of Diesel Oil With Improved Temperature Properties (Cold Cfpp Filter Blocking Temperature Maximum -32 C). The Offered Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System And The Ministers Regulation Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels, Subject To The Parameter Of The Ignition Temperature Of Diesel Fuel, Which Must Be Higher Than 61Oc. The Expected Minimum Quantity Of Diesel Oil Ordered Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement Will Be 13,600,000 L For Standard Diesel Oil. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Or Their Replacement With Other Regulations During The Execution Of The Order, The Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered. Each Time It Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Delivery.
