The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field Along With The Construction Of A Long Jump Jump And A Straight Track At Primary School No. 1 In Połczyn-Zdrój. 2. Task Co-Financed From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Investment Task Under The Sports Poland Program - Program For The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure, 2024 Edition. Co-Financing Agreement No. 2025/0586/5936/Suba/Dis/Sp/24. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: I) Design Documentation, I.E.: 1) Land Development Design - 4 Pieces, 2) Design Architectural And Construction 4 Copies, 3) Technical Designs Of All Industries (Including Specialized Designs Whose Development May Be Necessary During The Design Process) Along With Information On Safety And Health Protection - 4 Copies, 4) A Record Of The Entire Study On An Electronic Medium (Cd) - In Pdf Format; 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Input Data For Design, In Particular: Maps For Design Purposes, Perform Soil And Water Tests, Perform Other Necessary Studies Necessary To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Order, 6) Implementation Costs, 7) Performance Of All Necessary Works, Taking Into Account All Administrative Fees Necessary To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Order, 8) Design Documentation Should Cover All Industries And Scopes Of Works In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Fup, 9) The Contractors Obligations In The Scope Of Design Documentation Also Include Preparing An Application For Obtaining A Building Permit For The Ordering Party / Notifying The Works To The Appropriate Authority To Carry Out Construction Works, Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works And Preparing Documentation As-Built Together With The Operational Manual For The Acceptance Of The Task. The Above Scope Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations, 10) The Documentation Must Have All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Currently Applicable Legal Regulations. The Documentation Must Be Accompanied By A Written Declaration That It Is Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve, And Is Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
