The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of: Replacing The Existing Roof Covering Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards (Eternit) With A New Covering Made Of Coated Corrugated Sheet Metal, Together With Accompanying Works, Replacing The Existing Wooden Window Frames And External Doors With New Joinery Made Of Pvc Profiles, Together With The Processing Of Cladding. The Order Includes The Performance Of Demolition, Assembly, Finishing And Cleaning Works, In Accordance With The Investors Cost Estimates And Applicable Regulations. 2. Scope Of Works 3. Works Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Assembly And Disassembly Of Scaffolding, Dismantling Of The Existing Roof Covering Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards Along With Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Dismantling Of Existing Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Partial Replacement Of Roof Battens, Construction Of A New Roof Covering From Sheet Metal Coated Corrugated Sheet Metal Work, Installation Of Gutter Strips, Wind Braces And Ridge Tiles, Installation Of New Gutters And Downpipes, Removal And Disposal Of Rubble And Other Construction Waste. The Area Of ​​The Roofs Covered By The Works Is Approximately 542.70 M². 4. Works Related To The Replacement Of Windows And Doors. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Dismantling Existing Wooden Windows And External Doors, Delivery And Installation Of New Windows Made Of Pvc Profiles (Hinged And Tilt-And-Turn) With Various Surfaces, Delivery And Installation Of External Doors Made Of Pvc Profiles With Increased Resistance (Anti-Burglary), Processing Of Windows And Doors, Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Joinery And Rubble. 5. Technical And Quality Requirements 1. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: O Cost Estimate Documentation, O Applicable Standards, Construction, Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection Regulations, O Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 2. The Materials Used Must Be New, Approved For Trading And Use In Construction And Have The Required Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Area And The Facility Used For The Duration Of The Work. 6. Obligations Of The Contractor The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To The Users Of The Facility, Ensuring Proper Waste Management, Including Hazardous Waste (Asbestos), Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works, Carrying Out The Works Within The Time Specified In The Contract.
