The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Electric Traction Power Supply System At The Experimental Track Operation Center Of The Railway Institute In The Design And Build Formula. Address And Location Of The Experimental Track: Experimental Track Operation Center, Bychowo 1B, 55-140 Żmigród. Scope Of The Order: 1. Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including Construction And Technical Design;2. Preparation Of Cost Estimate Documentation, Including The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities;3. Obtaining Legally Required Arrangements And Permits, Including Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works;4. Execution Of Construction Works Based On Previously Prepared Design Documentation;5. Implementation Of Security, Automation And Control Systems For Electrotraction Power Supply And Traction Network Devices;6. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;7. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees (Up To 5 People) In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Prototype Elements. Training Time Should Be Not Less Than 10 Hours.8. The Subject Of The Order Will Also Include Works Under The Option Right, Consisting In The Expansion Of The Automation And Security System With Functions Marked (Option) In Chapter Iii Of The Functional And Utility Program. Work Related To The Implementation Of The Task Resulting From The Option Right Will Be Commenced By The Contractor Upon The Written Order Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Arrangements Between The Parties. The Option Right May Be Implemented As Part Of One Order Or More Orders. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor.
