The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Works, 2) Bills Of Quantities. Equivalent Solutions: The Types Of Materials And Equipment Specified In The Bills Of Quantities, St Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Of The Works Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Using Them In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly).
