The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Fountain On St. Marys Square In Węgrów Carried Out As Part Of The Construction Project Entitled: Modernization Of The City Fountain Located On St. Marys Square In Węgrów. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacing The External Lining Of The Fountain, Replacing The Fountain Nozzles, Replacing The Granite Cubes Around The Fountain And Adding New Misting Nozzles, Along With Performing The Necessary Installations In Accordance With The Existing Design Documentation. The Investment Area Belongs To The City Of Węgrów And Is Located On Part Of Plot No. 3626 And Concerns The Existing Water Fountain. The Area Around The Fountain Is Paved. There Are Benches Nearby. The Circular Fountain With An External Diameter Of 7 M Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Covered With Granite Stone Slabs. The Insulation Layer And The Cover Have Numerous Cracks And Defects, The Granite Is Heavily Dirty. Loose And Keystone Slabs. The Fountain Has 36 Frothing Nozzles And One Central Nozzle, Which Are Heavily Corroded And Do Not Work Properly. The Frothing Nozzles Are Illuminated Using Circular Reflectors With A Central Hole. The Reflectors And Part Of Their Power Supply And Control Installation Are Corroded, They Do Not Illuminate Water Images, And They Do Not Work Properly. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Cutting And Dismantling Of The Existing Fountain Finishing Surface Along With Waterproofing - Construction Of New Leveling Layers And Waterproofing Layers - Construction Of A New Fountain Finishing Surface - Demolition Of The Existing Granite Pavement Along With The Substructure - Laying Of New Granite Cubes Together With The Substructure - Disassembly And Installation Of New Foaming Nozzles - Disassembly And Installation Of New Led Reflectors Illuminating The Image Of The Nozzles Frothing Machines - Disassembly And Installation Of A New Central Nozzle - Disassembly And Installation Of New Drain Nozzles - Disassembly And Reassembly Of Ventilation Grilles - Disassembly And Installation Of A New Installation Purifying And Supplying Water To The Fountain (Works Inside The Technological Chamber Located Below The Ground Surface) - Disassembly And Installation Of A New Access Hatch To The Chamber - Aisi 316 - Installation Of 16 New Fog Nozzles With Led Backlight - Execution Installations Supplying Fog Nozzles.
