Scope Of The Order: • Preparatory Works, • Demolition Works, Dismantling, Removal And Disposal, • Construction Of Safe Surfaces, • Construction Of A Concrete Block Path, • Delivery And Installation Of Play Equipment: A Tower With A Roof For Small Children, A Sandbox (Play Set) - Equipped With A Sun Sail, A Rocker, A Swing Swing Equipped With A Storks Nest And A Pamper Seat, A Scale Swing, A Tower With A Roof Slide, Set Of 3 X Tower With A Roof, • Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: Benches With Backrests, Waste Bins, Waste Segregation Bins, A Board With Regulations, • Construction Of Led Lighting (Solar Lamps), • Construction Of A Panel Fence, • Construction Of A Fence With A Gate With A Lock, Insert And Handle With A Sign Separating Play Areas, • Preparatory Installation For Monitoring, • Planting, • Construction Of Lawns, • Vegetation Care, • Cleaning And Finishing Works, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party For Review No Later Than 3 Business Days Before Concluding The Agreement. 4. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.5. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price. 6. Item 40 From The Tender Bill Of Quantities Should Be Excluded From The Offer Cost Estimate.
