1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision To The Ordering Party, For Remuneration, Of Maintenance Services For Underground Compressor Units Used In The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services), Aimed At Ensuring Their Proper Functioning, Which Means Maintaining Them In Working Order.1.2. The Devices To Be Serviced (Hereinafter Referred To As Compressors) Include The Following Compressors:1) Mas Compressor Unit Type Ast-45G - 2 Pieces,2) Mas Compressor Unit Type Ast-75G - 2 Pieces.1.3. The Provision Of Maintenance Services Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Compressors In Question, Which The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Make Available To The Contractor For Inspection At Any Request.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, A Valid Assessment Of The Ability To Provide Maintenance Services For Machines/Equipment In Relation To Explosion-Proof Machines And Devices, Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Issued By A Notified Body.1.5. Repair Of Compressors Should Be Performed By Replacing Damaged Parts Or Components With Brand New Ones Included In The List Of Spare Parts For A Given Compressor, Included In The Technical And Operational Documentation.1.6. The Performed Maintenance Services Should Guarantee Prevention, The Essence Of Which Is To Prevent Compressor Failures, Which In Turn Should Ensure The Elimination Of Situations In Which A Minor Failure Leads To A Larger, More Expensive Repair That Requires A Longer Period Of Time To Repair It. As A Result, This Should Reduce Compressor Downtime And Servicing Costs To A Minimum.1.7. Before Commencing The Service, The Contractor Should Submit An Appropriate Declaration That He Is Familiar With The Current Structure And Technical Condition Of The Compressors As Well As The As-Built Documentation Of Compressor Connections To Compressed Air Pipelines In The Possession Of The Ordering Party. At The Contractors Request, The Ordering Party Will Always Make Available Its Documentation For Inspection.1.8. The Contractor Is Not Responsible For Damage To Compressors Caused By The Willful Misconduct Of The Ordering Party, The Ordering Partys Employees Or Third Parties. The Contractor Is Also Not Responsible For Damage To Compressors Resulting From Use Or Operation Of The Compressor Inconsistent With The Instructions.2. Scope Of Service Services. Service Services Include: 1) Removal Of Operational Defects And Critical Failures Of Installations, Including Providing Consultations And Advice On The Operation And Functioning Of Compressors, 2) Performing Periodic Service And Maintenance Inspections Of Compressors And Diagnostics Of The Technical Condition Of Compressors In Order To Prevent The Occurrence Of Operational Defects And Critical Failures, 3) Performing Repairs Of Compressors (Purchase And Delivery Of Parts, Components, Materials According To The Atta
