1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Furniture And Other Movable Property, Including Their Loading And Unloading, Related To Evictions From Premises Included In The Resources Of The Siemianowice Śląskie Commune, Each Time At The Request Of The Person Conducting The Proceedings. The Contractor Will Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities In Cooperation With The Person Conducting The Proceedings - Mpgkim Siemianowice Śląskie And The Court Bailiff Indicated By The Person Conducting The Proceedings.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transport The Movable Property To The Place Indicated By The Conductor In The City Of Siemianowice Śląskie3. Transport Services Will Be Provided By The Contractor On The Basis Of Orders From The Contractor Containing: A. Service Completion Date, B. Place Of Performance Of Activities, C. Place Of Unloading And Depositing Furniture And Other Movable Property.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Appropriate Technical Potential, I.E. At Least One Motor Vehicle With A Semi-Trailer With A Capacity Of At Least 10 M3 Adapted To Transport Movable Property.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Properly Protect Furniture And Other Movable Property Against Damage And Destruction During Loading, Transport And Unloading.6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 4 To Swz7. The Contractor Will Transport Movable Property From Three Different Premises: A) Empty The Premises With An Area Of Up To 30 M2 And Transport The Items To The Place Indicated By The Person Conducting The Proceedings. B) Emptying The Premises With An Area Of 30 M2 To 50 M2 And Transporting The Items To The Place Indicated By The Person Conducting The Proceedings. C) Emptying The Premises With An Area Exceeding 50 M2 And Transporting The Items To The Place Indicated By The Person Conducting The Proceedings.
