The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: 880 Tons Of Gravel-Sand Mix, Fraction 4.0 - 31.5 Mm, And 610 Tons Of Gravel And Sand Mix, Fraction 0-63, Intended For The Renovation Of Municipal And Internal Roads To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (In Individual Towns Of The Commune And Their Transport To Municipal And Internal Roads. Each Batch Of The Delivered Mix And Mix Is To Be Weighed And Its Receipt Confirmed In Writing By An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office, 2. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Participate In The Weighing Of The Material Directly At The Place Of Loading It Onto The Contractors Means Of Transport, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party Each Time Of The Place And Time Of Weighing In Time To Enable Him To Travel To The Indicated Place.
