The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation, For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Water Supply Network In The Towns Of Łupki, Babrosty And Wąglik. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Indicated On The Maps Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Study Regarding The Remaining Part Of The Town Of Babrosty And The Town Of Wąglik Was Indicated In The Concept Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I, Including: A) Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes With An Inventory Of The Area And An Inventory Of The Existing Infrastructure, B) Analysis Of The Developed Concept For The Towns Of Babrosta And Wągliki, Attached To The Proceedings (Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz), And In The Event Of A Justified Need, Development Of An Alternative Concept And Obtaining The Necessary Maps, C) Development Of A Variant Concept For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And A Water Supply Network (Working Project) In Part Of The Town Of Łupki And Part Of The Town Of Babrosty Marked On The Map, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz - Working Project (Conceptual), D) Obtaining Agreement On The Concept With Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Spółka Z O.O. In Pisz And Approval Of The Developed Concept By The Ordering Party; E) Obtaining Information And Data About Real Estate (Real Estate Owners Or Managers) And Analyzing The Ownership Status Of All Plots On Which The Investment Is Planned, Obtaining A Map Base And Data (Extracts And Drawings) From The County Office In Pisz, Determining The Owners, Including: Determining The Legal Status Of The Real Estate, Verifying The Legal Status With The Actual Status, And In The Event Of Discrepancies, Take The Necessary Actions To Determine The Circle Heirs: Searching For Heirs, Determining The Address Of Registration, Residence, Temporary Stay, Determining New Owners And Determining The Basis For Purchasing The Property, Establishing The Legal Title To Possess The Property, E.G.
