1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities For Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Janów Sp. Z O. O. 2. Project Co-Financed Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund) For The Priority: Fesl.02.00 - European Funds For Green Development, For The Measure: Fesl.02.06 Renewable Energy Sources - Projects Other Than Grants And Umbrella Projects. 3. The Subject Of The Order Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Is The Design And Execution Of Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Existing Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Storage Facilities For The Following Municipal Facilities: - Bystrzanowice Water Intake - Storage With A Capacity Of Min. 20 Kwh; - Sewage Treatment Plant In Janów - Warehouse With A Capacity Of Min. 50 Kwh; - Water Intake In Złoty Potok - Storage Room With A Capacity Of Min. 20 Kwh; - Water Intake In The Crane - Warehouse With A Capacity Of Min. 20 Kwh.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Design And Implementation Of All Installations. 2) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Install Individual Sets. The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Should Include Such A Scope Of Work That It Is Possible To Perform Individual Works Properly And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Assembly And Connection To The Existing Photovoltaic Installation And Launch Of Electricity Storage Facilities, As Well As To Guarantee Their Proper And Safe Operation And Operation In Connection With The Existing Photovoltaic Installation In Each Building. Before Commencing Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Verify The Initial Design Data Presented By The Ordering Party, - Perform, At Its Own Expense, An Inventory Of Buildings And All Tests, Analyzes And Expert Opinions In Accordance With Applicable Law (If Necessary) Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, - Analyze The Most Effective Location Of Energy Storage Facilities To Ensure Proper And Safe Operation. 3) Obtain The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc.
