1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services To The Health Care Complex No. 2 In Rzeszów, Including: Transport (Including Loading And Unloading), Washing, Disinfection, Ironing, Ironing And Minor Sewing Repairs Of The Above. List Of Health Care Facilities Subordinated To Zoz No. 2 In Rzeszów, Where Laundry Services Will Be Provided, Attached To This Specification - Appendix No. 7 To Swz.2) Services Must Be Performed In Rooms That Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 26, 2019 On The Detailed Requirements To Be Met By Rooms And Equipment Entity Performing Medical Activities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 402) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of April 27, 2000 On Occupational Health And Safety In Laundries And Dye Houses (Journal Of Laws Of 2000, No. 40, Item 469).3) Required Washing Frequency: - Specialist Clinic - Diagnostic Center At Ul. Fredry 9 In Rzeszów - 3 Times A Month, - Municipal Health Center In Lubenia - 2 Times A Month, - Zodip Błażowa, Zol Dynów And Zol Hyżne - 2 Times A Week, - Other Health Centers According To Annex No. 7 To Swz - 1 Time A Month.4) The Contractor Collects Laundry At His Own Expense From The Facilities And Delivers It At His Own Expense To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 7 To Swz. Transport Of The Above The Assortment Will Be Delivered By Means Of Transport Owned By The Contractor And Meeting Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements.
