1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Preparing The Area For The Investment In The Construction Of A Section Of The S10 Road, I.E. Providing Services In The Field Of Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs (Logging) And Cleaning Them Up (Including Skidding Of Wood), Cutting Out Saplings And Saplings, And Chipping Post-Logging Residues (Excluding Grubbing Up Stumps), Based On The Provisions Of Art. 20B, Art. 21 And Art. 21A Of The Act Of 10 April 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads.2. The Basis For Conducting The Above-Mentioned Work Is The Agreement Concluded On January 12, 2026 Between The Ordering Party And The General Director For National Roads And Motorways In Warsaw, Regarding The Marking And Cutting Down Of Trees And Bushes Located On The Property Intended For The Construction Of A Section Of The S10 Road As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of The S10 Szczecin - Piła Road, Section Of The Szczecin Kijewo Junction (Without The Junction) - The Szczecin Zdunowo Junction (Excluding The Kobylanka, Morzyczyn And Zieleniewo Bypass.3. A Summary Of The Planned Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 2 To The Swz, Containing A Detailed Scope Of Work, Including: A) Location Of Work (Forest Address) Along With The Number Of Man-Hours; B) Size Of Wood Harvested, Broken Down Into Large Coniferous And Deciduous Timber; C) List Of Distances And Conditions For Skidding Wood.4. The Material Scope Listed In Annex 2 To The Swz Is An Estimate. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May Order An Amount Of Work Smaller Than That Indicated In Annex 2 To The Swz, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party In This Respect (Regardless Of Their Legal Basis), Unless The Value Of The Unrealized Part Of The Services Does Not Exceed 50% Of The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order (Excluding The Value Of Options) In § 11 Section 1 Of The Contract Template.5.
