Warsaw In Accordance With The Parameters Listed Below: A) Gazeta Format: Proportionally Ranging From Width To 260 To 290 Mm And Height From 350 To 390 Mm; B) Gazeta Volume: 20 Pages (Each Issue); C) Circulation Of Each Issue Of Gazeta: 50,000 Copies (In Words: Fifty Thousand Copies); D) Printing Of The Gazeta: Color (4+4) On Newsprint Paper, Minimum 52 G/M2, Whiteness 80; E) Printing From The Contractors Own Materials; F) Printing Of The Board Calendar For 2027 In The Last Issue Of Gazeta (December 2026) With Its Insertion, In The Format (Approx. 25×35 Cm ± 1 Cm), In Full Color (4+0), Matte Coated Paper, Approx. 300 G/M2, According To The Design Sent By The Ordering Party;2. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Collection Of Materials For Printing On The Date Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party In The Form Of .Pdf Or .Ps Files By One Of The Methods Listed Below: A) Placing The Materials For Printing By The Ordering Party On The Contractors Server, Which Is Tantamount To Confirmation Of Their Receipt By The Contractor; B) Sending By The Ordering Party To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor, Which Is Tantamount To Confirmation Of Their Receipt By The Contractor; 2) Technical Preparation For Printing The Gazette; 3) Printing Of Individual Issues Of The Gazette With A Circulation Of 50,000 Copies (In Words: Fifty Thousand Copies); 4) Delivery Of Each Issue Of The Gazette To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Together With Unloading To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Bielany District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw, Ul.
