Consumables Are Listed In The Price Form By Indicating The Symbol Of The Original Product And The Type/Model Of The Device For Which They Are Intended. In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Offer Form, The Contractor Provides The Full Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Resulting From The Calculation Of The Offer Price Constituting Appendix No. 3 To The Swz - Price Form.2.
