Part 1 Of The Order, Region I Winter Road Maintenance In The Towns: Chylice, Chyliczki, Chylice - Kolonia, Jaktorów, Jaktorów - Kolonia, Budy Grzybek, Budy Michałowskie, Stare Budy (From The Viaduct Cmk Towards Jaktorów) - Approx. 90 Km Of Roads. Scope Of Services For Part 1 Of The Order: 1. Carrying Out Winter Road Maintenance In Accordance With The Technical Specification Constituting An Annex To Swz.2. Providing Equipment And Material Necessary To Provide The Service (Sand And Salt Spreaders With A Plowshare, Plowshare Plows Mounted On Trucks Or Excavators, Road Salt, Sand Mixtures With An Admixture Of Road Salt). 3. Performing Winter Road Maintenance Services By: A) Clearing Snow From Roads With Simultaneous Sprinkling Of A Mixture Of Sand And Road Salt Or Only Road Salt, B) Clearing Snow From Roads Without The Need To Sprinkle Them With Sand And Salt Mixtures. The Scope Of The Service Necessary To Be Performed Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis By Phone Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party.4. Work On The Roads Must Begin Within A Maximum Of 2.5 Hours From The Telephone Notification Of The Need For Road Work Made By The Ordering Party And Accepted By The Contractor. Response Time Is One Of The Offer Selection Criteria, So It May Be Shortened If The Contractor Proposes A Shorter Deadline In The Offer.5.
