The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of International And Domestic Land Transport Of Exhibits For The Needs Of The Temporary Exhibition Munichians At The Headquarters Of The National Museum In Lublin, Along With Accompanying Activities (Removal Of Objects - Returns After The Exhibition).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes:2.1. Transport Of Objects From The National Museum In Lublin To: 2.1.1. Polish Museum In Rapperswil;2.1.2. Podlasie Museum In Białystok;2.1.3. Private Collection Bydgoszcz;2.1.4. Private Collection Lublin;2.1.5. Metropolitan Curia In Lublin;2.1.6. Agra-Art., Ul. Wilcza 70, Warsaw;2.1.7. District Museum In Suwałki;2.1.8. Olecko Private Collection;2.1.9. Museum Of Jacek Malczewski In Radom;2.1.10. Albertyni Brothers, Kraków, Ul. Krakowska 432.1.11. Ss. Albertynki, Kraków, Ul. Woronicza 102.1.12. National Museum In Krakow2/1/13. National Museum In Warsaw;2.1.14. Museum Of Romanticism In Opinogóra 2.2. Organization Of Transport: All Activities Related To Packing, Loading And Transport Will Be Carried Out In Consultation And Cooperation With Those Issuing The Objects And With The Coordinator On Behalf Of The Ordering Party: Before Starting The Service, The Contractor Will Confirm The Method Of Packing The Objects - The Objects Will Be Packed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions, And Will Determine Detailed Places And Dates Of Collection - The Transport Plan Will Be Developed In Cooperation With The Coordinator On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.2.3. Organizing All Legally Required Export, Import, Export And Import Formalities, Licenses, Customs Procedures, Tax Formalities In Connection With The Export And Import Of Works Of Art From Abroad, Along With Covering All Related Costs. 2.3.1. Transport Of Objects To Switzerland Will Be Based On Ata Carnets;2.3.2. If Required, Establishing Cooperation With The Agent Provided By The Receiver Of The Facilities And Covering All Costs Related To This Action.2.4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
