The Tender Is For The Production Of A New Plastering Of The Entire Brick Facades Including Window And Door Niches Of The Listed Lübberbruchhalle With A Sprayable Cement-Based External Insulation With Hollow Glass Balls, A Coordinated Mineral Finishing Plaster (Scratch Plaster), Which Is Intended To Restore The Original Appearance Of The Property, As Well As A Color Coating Of The Newly Plastered Areas (Approx. 500.00 M²). The Measure Is To Be Carried Out After The New Foyer Has Been Created On The East Side Of The Building. Note: This Measure Has Already Been Published. As The Offer Period Is Extended By One Week, A Re-Publication Is Required.
