CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - This request is to extend Contract 17-0002 for 3 months from 02/21/2026-05/21/2026 and will increase the upper dollar limit by $5,000,000.00 (from $44,748,312.50 to $49,748,312.50). Additional staffing hours are required to extend the duration of these services until a new contract is executed.
