This Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Quotation, But A Request For Information. Object Of The Information Request This Information Request Concerns The Acquisitions Of Community Housing And Round-The-Clock Service Housing For The Elderly Under The Responsibility Of Organizing The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area. Both Services Are Currently In A Contract Period That Ends On December 31, 2026. The Services Will Be Tendered Again During 2026 So That The New Contract Period Starts On January 1, 2027. The Request For Information Requests Comments From The Service Providers On The Currently Valid Service Descriptions Attached To The Request For Information, Paying Particular Attention To What Is Functional In The Service Descriptions And What Development And Change Needs The Service Providers See. The Comments Are Used In The Development Of New Service Descriptions And In The Preparation Of The Procurement. The Service Provider Can Also Leave Other Comments It Deems Appropriate In Relation To The Currently Valid Service Descriptions And The Previous Procurement Procedure Description, Requests For Tenders And Contract Documents. The Documents In Question Can Be Found In The Attachments Of This Tender Request. Comments Can Be Submitted By The Deadline Of February 16, 2026 At 4:00 P.M. By Downloading A Free-Form Attachment Via The Tender Service. Comments, Answers And Questions Submitted To The Request For Information Will Not Be Answered. Description Of Information Request The Purpose Of This Information Request Is To Inform The Market About The Upcoming Tender, Map The Market Situation, Enable Comments On The Future Procurement And Obtain Information About The Procurement, So That The Actual Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Expedient Manner Possible. You Cannot Submit An Offer To This Request For Information, But Only Submit Comments, Answers And Questions. These Are Not Answered.
