The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For Periodic Deliveries Of New Pevp Pipes And Shaped Parts And Pvc - O Pipes For Drinking Water And Pvc Sewer Pipes And Shaped Parts, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation, For The Needs Of Water Supply And Sewerage Eood, Pleven. The Order Will Be Executed Through Periodic Deliveries In Quantities Determined By Prior Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Company, Regularly During The Term Of The Contract In Accordance With The Proposed Offer Of The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Public Procurement. This Procedure Is Divided Into Two Separate Items: Separate Position No. 1 Supply Of Pevp Pipes And Shaped Parts And Pvc-O Pipes For Drinking Water; Separate Position No. 2 Supply Of Pvc Sewer Pipes And Shaped Parts. A Separate Position Is Available In The Public Procurement, Which Will Be Assigned On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop In The Order Provided For Its Individual Value, As Follows: Separate Item No. 2 Supply Of Pvc Sewer Pipes And Fittings - 11,000.00 (Eleven Thousand) Euro Without Vat. The Separation Of This Separate Item Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions: Its Estimated Value Does Not Exceed - Bgn 156,464.00 Without Vat And The Total Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order In The Amount Of Eur 625,000.00 Without Vat. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Individual Estimated Value Of Item No. 2 Is Below Bgn 50,000.00 Excluding Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Employment Service, Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Award And For It, An Offer Should Not Be Submitted In The Current Procedure. The Residual Value Of The Order After The Separation Of Separate Item No. 2 Is Eur 614,000.00 Excluding Vat. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Regardless Of The Amount Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. It Will Be Awarded Through An Open Procedure. Important: Bids Are Submitted For Designated Position #1 Only. No Bids Should Be Submitted For Specific Position No. 2!
