For Several Years, The Cologne Bonn Region Has Been Presenting Itself With The Cooperation Partners City Of Cologne (Represented By Kölnbusiness Wirtschaftsförders-Gmbh), The Federal City Of Bonn And The Region Köln/Bonn E.V. As Well As Their Associated Co-Exhibitors At The Expo Real Trade Fair At The Munich Trade Fair Location With The Joint Stand For The Cologne Bonn Region. The Three Partners Are Planning To Appear Together Again In 2026 On The Basis Of A Corresponding Cooperation Agreement. The Subject Of This Order Is Therefore The Conception And Realization Of The Cologne Bonn Regions Joint Stand At The Real Estate Trade Fair Expo Real 2026, Which Will Take Place From October 6Th To 8Th, 2026 At The Messe München Gmbh Exhibition Center (Hall B2, Stand No. 341, 440 & 444, 540 & 542) In Munich, With The Clients Option For An Annual Extension (Limited To A Maximum Of Three Years). The Order Includes The Conception, Planning, Production, Delivery/Transport, Assembly And Dismantling, Provision And Storage Of An Exhibition Stand On A Rental Basis, Including Further Services (E.G. Implementation Of The Approval Procedures At The Munich Trade Fair, Provision Of Technical Services) On The Occasion Of Expo Real 2026, With An Option Each For Expo Real In 2027 And 2028. Kölnbusiness, The Federal City Of Bonn And The Cologne/Bonn Region Are Expected To Be In March 2026 Main Exhibitors For The Cologne Bonn Region Register An Exhibition Stand With A Floor Space Of 530 Square Meters At Messe München Gmbh For Expo Real 2026. The Clients Are Responsible For The Joint Appearance Of The Cologne Bonn Region As The Leading Regional Institution Responsible For The Project At Expo Real, The International Commercial Real Estate Trade Fair In Munich. If A Client Or Cooperation Partner Is No Longer Required For The 2026 Trade Fair Stand For Unforeseeable Reasons During The Ongoing Procurement Process, The Clients Reserve The Right To Adjust The Subject Matter Of The Order Accordingly During The Ongoing Procurement Process. The Clients Will Then Inform The Bidders About This As Early As Possible. Details Of The Order Can Be Found In The Attached Contractual Documents And In Particular In The Service Description Appendix.
