The Contract Award Procedure Is Conducted In The Form Of An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 Of The Public Procurement Law, Hereinafter Referred To As The Pzp Act. 1.2. The Ordering Party Will Apply The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law (I.E. The So-Called Reverse Procedure). 1.3. First, The Ordering Party Will Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Complete Generator Of Microwave Power Above 20Mw To The Headquarters Of The National Center For Nuclear Research In Otwock. 2.1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Divided Into Stages: A) Stage 1 - Development And Approval Of The Detailed Design; B) Stage 2 - Conducting Fat Factory Tests; C) Stage 3 - Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Volume Iii Swz (Opz) - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In Volume Ii Swz (Ppu) - Designed Contractual Provisions. 2.4. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office (Signing The Acceptance Protocol). 2.5. Maximum Required Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Up To 60 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Complete Generator Of Microwave Power Above 20Mw, Including Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees Will Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed By The Contractor And The Ordering Party. 3. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide The Contractor With An Advance Payment Of Up To 30% Of The Contract Value For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Information On The Advance Payment And Implementation Conditions Specified In Volume Ii Of The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
