The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In Prudnik At Ul. Samuel Frankla, On Plot 2172/2168. The Investment Includes The Construction Of The Building And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Including Connections, Access Road, Small Architecture And Other Land Development Elements In Accordance With The Documentation And Specification. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, And Each Part Constitutes A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. Any Separate Orders Regarding Other Tasks/Investments Of The Ordering Party Will Be The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. 3. The Investor Supervision Service Will Consist In Comprehensive Support For The Ordering Party - Including Management And Investor Supervision In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction Investment And Performing, Among Others, The Function Of The Investment Supervision Engineer In The Scope Of Advising The Ordering Party When Making Organizational, Economic And Technical Decisions Related To The Investment, Securing The Interests And Representing The Ordering Party Towards The Contractor Or Contractors Of Construction Works, As Well As Preparing, Controlling And Settling The Investment Process In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Participation In Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Enabling The Use And Operation Of The Construction Investment, With A Permit For Use/Application For Use Without Objection. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 5 - Technical Documentation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
