Servers – Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Components From The Manufacturer F5 As Well As Licenses And Manufacturer Maintenance. Westdeutscher Rundfunk Cologne (Wdr) Is Tendering A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Components From The Manufacturer F5 As Well As Their Licenses And Manufacturer Maintenance. The Call For Tenders Is Made For And On Behalf Of The Following Broadcasters And Broadcasting Institutions: Ard Zdf Deutschlandradio Contribution Service (Zbs) Bayerischer Rundfunk (Br) Deutschlandradio (Dr) Information Processing Center (Ivz) Norddeutscher Rundfunk (Ndr) Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (Rbb) Südwestrundfunk (Swr) Westdeutscher Rundfunk (Wdr) These Are Beneficiaries Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded. In The Service Description, The Beneficiaries Are Referred To As Clients. The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Most Economical Bidder From Which The Aforementioned Beneficiaries Can Cover Their Needs Individually. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of Four Years. Calls For Licenses And Manufacturer Maintenance That Occur At The End Of The Overall Contract Term Can Extend Beyond This Period - Depending On The Specific Time Of Call And The Additional Maintenance Period Booked. The Wdr Will Inform The Beneficiaries Of All Contractual Provisions And Acknowledge The Contractors Offer. They Undertake To Comply With All Contractual Regulations. The Contract Is Exercised By The Beneficiaries In Their Own Name And On Their Own Account. Joint And Several Liability Between The Various Beneficiaries Is Excluded. There Is No Obligation To Purchase For Those Entitled To Purchase. The Estimated Call Volume For All Beneficiaries Is 1.85 Million Euro Net And The Optional Maximum Volume Is 3.8 Million Euro Net (See Also Section 6.3.2).
