The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Delivery Of The Following Types Of Automotive Fuel: Automotive Gasoline A 95H With Biocomponent, Diesel Fuel With Biocomponent And Propane Butane Gas Brand B. Provisional Quantity - Automotive Gasoline A95h – 81,500 Liters, Diesel Fuel – 124,000 Liters, Propane Butane Gas – 74,000 Liters. Additional Quantity, In Case Of Included Option For An Additional Term Of Up To 3 Months For: Automobile Gasoline A95h – 10,000 Liters, Diesel Fuel – 15,500 Liters, Propane Butane Gas – 9,200 Liters. The Main Reason For Providing An Option For Additional Supplies Is That In The Absence Of A New Contract With The Same Subject, Concluded Under The Ppa, The Contract Continues To Be Valid Until A New Contract Is Concluded, But Not More Than 3 Months. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To The Complete Consumption Of The Indicated Amounts Of Fuel. The Estimated Quantity Is Indicative And Serves Only As Information For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement, And Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare And Respectively Not To Pay For The Fuel In The Specified Volume. In This Case, The Same Owes Penalties And Compensation To The Contractor. The Contractor Accepts That There Will Be No Claims In The Event That The Scope Of The Contract Is Not Fulfilled In Full.
