A 24/7 Helpdesk Call Center Is Mandatory And Must Be Set Up By The Service Provider At The Start Of The Contract. Faults Requiring Urgent Intervention (Switched Off Feed Pumps And Heating Problems) Must Be Resolved On Site Within 2 Hours. 3) Duration Initial Duration Of Two Years, Extendable Twice By One Year.
