The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Customer Is Not Bound By The Estimates Of Procurement Quantities Presented In The Procurement Notice. The Customer Considers It Particularly Important That The Production Of Maintenance And Repair Work On Electrical Installations In The Apartments And In The Public Areas Of The Property Is Done Safely And In A Customer-Friendly Manner. The Service Includes E.G.: • Replacement Of Fixed Sockets And Circuit Breakers • Installation Work And Repairs Of Sauna Heaters • Versatile Electrical Installation Work Inside And Outside The Common Spaces Of The Property • Purchase Of Charging Stations For Electric Cars, Installation Work And Their Maintenance Work Orders May Also Include Procurement Of Supplies And Other Procurement Of Services Related To The Execution Of The Work. The Conditions For Achieving The Goals Are Detailed In The Espd Form Of The Request For Tenders, In The Criteria Section Of The Procurement Target, And In The Annexes Of The Procurement Notice. The Basis For Making The Procurement Decision Is The Overall Economic Affordability According To The Scoring, Where The Maximum Points Are 1000 Points.
