In The Framework Of This Project, It Is Desired To Purchase The Necessary Software For The Implementation And Completion Of The Ist/Ict Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Gratia. The Proposed Applications/Services Are Organized In A Unitary Ecosystem Of Digital Services, With Two Major Components: (1) The Public Interface For Citizens (Portal/Website, Citizen Account, Scheduling, Forms, Payments, Notifications), And (2) The Internal Back-Office Component (Electronic Registry, Document Management, Ticketing, E-Mail, Local Official Gazette). All Modules Must Comply With The Principles Of Interoperability, Security, Traceability And Data Reuse, So As To Avoid Duplication Of Records And Reduce Processing Time. • Front-Office: Website/Portal + Citizen Account + Appointments + Forms + Payments + Notifications + • Request Status Check. • Back-Office: Registry + Dms + Ticketing (Including Shared E-Mail) + Mol. • Support Services: Mail Servers, Notifications, Logging, Backup, Mdm (Device Management), Smart Metering (Smart Meters). Software Is Purchased For The Following It Applications/Services: Smart Meters Internet Page / Website Online Schedules Local Official Gazette Mail Servers Electronic Forms Registry Electronics Document Management Status Check Requests Online Reports (For Any Kind Of Problem) Online Payments Shared E-Mail Addresses + Ticketing System Device Management System The Delivered Software Products Will Be Accompanied By All Components Necessary For Full Operation, Including The Related Modules, User Licenses, User Rights, Activation Codes, As Well As The Technical Documentation Necessary For Their Installation, Configuration And Operation In Accordance With The Parameters Required By The Technical Specifications. Exceptions Are The Situations In Which, Through These Specifications, Additional Services Are Expressly Requested, Such As Installation, Configuration, Maintenance Or Staff Training, Even If These Are Not Explicitly Mentioned By The Beneficiary. The Software Products Offered Must Be Original, In New Versions, Not Previously Used, And Come Directly From The Manufacturer Or Its Authorized Distributors. For Each Software Product Offered, The Bidder Will Attach Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, Such As Technical Specifications, Product Sheets, Certificates Of Conformity Or Licenses, From Which It Can Clearly Be Seen That The Minimum Requirements Set Forth In These Specifications Are Met And Complied With.
