Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport – Taxi Journeys And Services Covered By Kelas Health Insurance To The Bidding Area Of ​​The Province Of Southern Ostrobothnia. With This Call For Tenders, The National Pension Service (Kela) Is Looking For Two (2) Service Providers In The Area Of ​​The Province Of Southern Ostrobothnia, Which Forms The Bidding Area. Kela Is Looking For Fully Responsible Service Providers Who Are Responsible For Providing The Service Defined In The License Agreement And Its Appendices In Its Entirety. The Service Package Of The Agreement Includes Receiving, Combining, Forwarding Orders For Passenger Transport, Organizing And Monitoring Transport Services, As Well As Payment Traffic And Reporting. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Service Description. A Bid Can Be Made By An Individual Company Or A Group Of Companies. A Company Or Group Can Use Subcontractors. If There Are Fewer Than Two (2) Bidders Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And Bids In Accordance With The Request For Bids, Kela Reserves The Right To Bid For Another Service Provider In The Bidding Area With A New Bid Or To Choose Only One Service Provider To Implement The Service. If The Contract Of The Selected Service Provider Expires Within 12 Months From The Start Of The Contract, Kela Reserves The Right To Continue Implementing The Service With One Service Provider Or To Ask The Willingness Of The Next Bidder In The Tender To Enter Into A Contract And Enter Into A Procurement Contract With This Provider As Well.
