Feas Erhverv P/S (Hereinafter Referred To As Feas And/Or Builder) Offers This Contract Regarding Total Consultancy In Connection With The Renovation Of Existing Buildings, Respectively Stage 2 And 3, For A Tailored Lease Containing, Among Other Things, Study Environments With Associated Teaching And Office Facilities. Stage 2 – Building 1750: The Lease Is Located In Universitetsbyen And Is The Existing Building 2A – Now Referred To As Building 1750, And Is To Be Furnished For The Faculty Of Arts, In Connection With Their Relocation To Universitesbyen. Building 1750 Is Approx. 6,549 M2 Incl. Basement - Gross Area. Stage 3 - Building 1720: Stage 3 Concerns Another Existing Building In Universitetsbyen – Building 1720, Which Is Also To Be Fitted Out For Use By The Faculty Of Arts By Conversion To Offices And Support Functions In The Faculty. Building 1720 Is Approx. 1,222 M2, Incl. Basement - Gross Area. Feas Itself Is Not Subject To The Procurement Rules. Since The Tenancies Behind This Tender Are Arranged According To Wishes And Tailored Tenancy Descriptions From Aarhus University, These Can However Be Considered To Constitute So-Called Tailor-Made Tenancies.
