The Public Order Is Financed From The Budget Of The Odvmr - Kyustendil. The Participant Selected As The Contractor, After Concluding A Contract, Should: 1. Carry Out The Complete Procedure For Registering The Contracting Authority On The Free Electricity Market, As An End Customer Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network; 2. Assume Responsibility For Balancing Without Additional Payment, Including And To Include The Contracting Authority In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, To Ensure Forecasting Of The Contracting Partys Consumption, Including The Administration Of Hourly Consumption Schedules, As Well As To Ensure The Administration Of The Information Flow To Electricity System Operator Ead; 3. Administers Relations With Network Operators, Including Transmission And Access Costs. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary, Within The Term And Under The Terms Of The Contract, To Include New Sites And Exclude Existing Ones, By Signing Additional Agreements. The Contracting Authority Shall Pay The Actual Consumed/Consumed Net Active Electrical Energy, Reported By Measuring Devices At The Relevant Measuring Points, Monthly In Euros, By Bank Transfer, Within 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days, Starting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice By The Contractor. This Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Positions. Its Effective Implementation Implies The Awarding Of One Contractor Within The Framework Of One Contract, Since With Participation In A Balancing Group Of One Contractor, The Effect Of Balancing In Relation To The Sites Of Odmvr - Kyustendil, Will Be More Favorable For The Contracting Authority.
