The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Telescopic Loader With Specified Accessories. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Telescopic Loader With Specified Accessories. 2) Service Training For Firefighters Of Volunteer Fire Departments. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Telescopic Loader With Specified Accessories, Its Equipment And The Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Order Was Not Divided Into Lots For The Following Reasons. The Characteristics Of The Order, In Particular Its Subject Matter, Do Not Allow Dividing The Order Into Parts For Technical And Economic Reasons. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Enable More Effective Enforcement Of The Right To Warranty And Guarantee. Due To Ensuring Equipment Compatibility, Splitting The Delivery Would Pose A Risk Of Organizational Problems That Could Not Be Eliminated, Related To Responsibility For Individual Elements Of The Delivery Made By Different Contractors. The Order Constitutes A Coherent Whole, Which Results Directly From The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Telescopic Loader With Specified Accessories. There Would Be A Risk Of Conflict Between The Loader Supplier And Its Accessories If Warranty Claims Were Made. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Contract. The Scope And Specificity Of The Order Justify Awarding The Order To One Contractor, Who Will Assume Responsibility And Risk For The Entire Order. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Impede The Effective Expenditure Of Funds And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. If And Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract In This Procedure, Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Should Be Assumed That This Reference Is Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 8.
