Electrical Installation Work – Modernization Of Line D - Adaptation And Installation Work For On-Board Cfa Systems For Line D Of The Metro. >_The Line D Modernization Project Is Part Of The 2023-2035 Lyon Metro Reliability And Modernization Plan. This Project Aims To Put Into Service In The Summer Of 2031 A Modernized Line D Operating With New Automation And A Fleet Of Mixed Mpl16 And Mpl85 Rolling Stock Adapted To This New Environment. To Achieve This Objective, The Project Included The Purchase Of New Equipment (Mpl25) And Their Commissioning On Line B, The Switchover Of Mpl16 From Line B To Line D, The Adaptation Of Old Mpl85 Equipment To The New Automation, And The Adaptation Of The Line Equipment And Operating Tools To This New Automation. The “Cfa Embarqués” Contract Must Include All The Modifications In The Trains And Associated Central Systems, Necessary To Ensure The Continuity And Quality Of Service Expected To Provide On-Board Services Concerning Intercom, Sound System In Passenger Areas And Visual Information (Journey Information And Accompanying Information). This Operation Affects All Rolling Stock Affected By The Project (Mpl85, Mpl16, Mpl25) And The Existing Central Systems (Pasys / Nis Rail / Tetra (On-Board Intercom And Sound System) And Idv (Visual Information Line B)). It Is Carried Out In Interface With The Rolling Stock Systems (Pa, Mr) And The Pcc (Ts-D / Ats-D, Ats-B, Mi-Com-Iv) And With The Video Métro System. >_This Contract Is, Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/25 Eu, A Framework Agreement. This Is A So-Called “Composite” Framework Agreement. It Has 2 Distinct Parts: >A Part Called “Ordinary Market”, >A “Framework Agreement” Part For Which The Project Owner Uses The Technique Defined In 1° Of Article L2125-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Part Of The Contract Will Be Executed, From Its Notification Date Depending On The Services Implemented, By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Or By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts In Application Of Articles R2162-3 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The “Framework Agreement” Part Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 8,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For Its Entire Duration. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 72 Months From Its Date Of Notification. It Is Tacitly Renewable Twice For 12 Months
