C) Instructing The It Administration In The Configuration And Function Of The Delivered Devices And Software D) Creation Of User-Oriented Short Instructions For Using The Devices E) Training Of Users During Rollout F) Realization Of An Operating Model In Accordance With The Requirements At The Clients Locations G) Installation And Configuration Of New Devices In Accordance With The Acceptance Protocol H) Automated Delivery Of Consumables I) Repair, Maintenance And Support Services For Hardware And Software In Accordance With Requirements J) In The Case Of Security Gaps That Need To Be Remedied With Newer Firmware, The Upgrade Is Carried Out Devices By The Contractor After Commissioning By The Client.
