The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A 1.5 Tesla Nuclear Magnetic Resonance With Faraday Cage Included (Including Cage Finishing Work) As Well As The Cooling System Of The Machine And The Training Of The Personnel Concerned. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Execute This Contract Subject To The Granting Of A New Approval And A Decision Of The Board Of Directors, Without The Need For Explanation Or Justification. All Approvals Related To The Installation And Start-Up Of The Mri And The Faraday Cage Are The Responsibility Of The Bidder. These Approvals Must Be Provided By Approved Bodies.
