Pharmaceutical Products - Institutional Drug Procurement. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of The Following Products: Supply Of Medicinal Products Licensed For Marketing In Hungary - Atc Code: From A01 To V10 - To Észak-Pest Centrumkórház-Honvédkórház (Épc-Hk). This Procedure Is In Accordance With The Code Of Civil Procedure. It Is Aimed At Concluding A Framework Agreement According To § 105 (2) Point A). In The Second Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure Aimed At Concluding This Framework Agreement, The Tenderer Orders The Necessary Active Ingredients According To His Individually Arising Needs. The Product Range Does Not Have To Cover (Even After Updating) - The Entire A01-V10 Atc Range, Only Products Available From The Given Wholesaler. The Bidder Is Obliged To Supply The Active Ingredients Included In Its Current Product Range At A Discount Given For The Evaluation Criteria. The Bidder Can Place An Order For All Available Drug Forms And Potencies From The Range Of Medicines. Designation Of The Framework Amount: Huf 3,500,000,000 Net The Bidder Undertakes To Draw Only 70% Of The Indicated Net Huf 3,500,000,000 Framework Amount During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Additional Regulations And Performance-Related Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Description And Framework Agreement.
