The Procuring Organization Plans To Purchase Archaeological Research And Archaeological Heritage Research Necessity Assessment Services. The Requirements For The Procurement Object Are Set Out In Appendix 6 Of The Special Procurement Conditions (In The Draft Of The Preliminary Agreement And Its Appendices). The Procuring Organization, In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, Plans To Enter Into A Preliminary Purchase Agreement With 5 (Five) (Or Less Than 5 (Five), If Less Than 5 (Five)) Suppliers Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers, On The Basis Of Which The Main Service Purchase Agreements Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Concluded This Contract. The Preliminary Contract Will Be Executed Partially By Renewing The Competition Of Suppliers. The Administration Of Kaunas City Municipality And Its Subordinate Institutions (Hereinafter Referred To As Users) Will Enter Into Main Contracts With Suppliers In The Course Of Non-Renewed Supplier Competition In Accordance With Chapter Vii Of The Preliminary Contract And/Or In The Course Of Renewed Supplier Competition In Accordance With Chapter Viii Of The Preliminary Contract (Appendix 6 Of The Special Purchase Conditions). Specific Information About The Services Planned To Be Purchased, Indicating The Object Where They Will Be Provided, Its Name, Address, The Nature Of The Archaeological Research To Be Carried Out (If Applicable), The Unique Code Of The Object In The Register Of Cultural Values, And Other Information And Documents (E.G. A Plan Of The Boundaries Of The Territory And/Or Protection Zone With The Indicated Places Of The Provision Of The Services) For A Specific Main Contract Will Be Provided By The User As Needed, Renewing The Competition Of Suppliers And Inviting All Those Who Concluded The Preliminary Contract Suppliers To Submit Bids For Renewed Competition Or To Conclude Main Contracts Without Renewing Supplier Competition.
