Banking Services - Opening And Maintaining Consolidated Accounts Of The Social Insurance Fund, Fep And The Institution And Making Mass Payments. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Opening And Maintaining Consolidated Accounts For The Headquarters And Branches Of The Ordering Party (Hereinafter: Units): Social Insurance Fund (Hereinafter: Fus), Bridging Pension Fund (Hereinafter: Fep) And The Social Insurance Institution (Hereinafter: Zakład), B) Making Mass Payments Regarding The Payment Of Benefits Debited To Fus And Fep Accounts To Bank Accounts In The Country And Abroad, C) Opening And Maintaining For Units Of Other Accounts Not Subject To Consolidation, D) Cash Service, Consisting In Providing Cash Services In The Towns Where The Ordering Partys Branches Are Located, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Important Provisions Of The Contract). 3. Figures Presenting The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order, I.E. Opening And Maintaining Accounts And Making Mass Payments. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Number Of External Transfers That Will Be Transferred For Execution Under The Agreement Is 400,000,000 Pieces (In Words: Four Hundred Million), With The Proviso That In The Event Of Changes To The Provisions Of General Law Affecting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including The Minimum Number Of Transfers, The Above Number Of Transfers May Be Reduced. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That The Estimated Number Of External Transfers Under The Agreement Is 670,000,000 Pieces (In Words: Six Hundred And Seventy Million).
