The Hygienic Black And White Separation Is Ensured Via The Internal Routing And Door Stops. The Existing Basement Will Continue To Be Used As A Maintenance And Installation Level And Will Have A New, Separate Entrance; The Existing Stairs In The Machine House Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With A New Staircase To The Basement. The Construction Is Made Of Masonry Construction With A Sloping Roof Without A Roof Overhang. The Building Envelope Is Designed According To The Energy Requirements. The Floor Heights Enable The Technical Installations To Be Routed Above A Suspended Ceiling. Daylight Is Ensured Via Skylights And Windows. Two Separate Entrances Form The Access. The Adaptation Of The Adjacent Outdoor Facilities Ensures Functional Integration Into The Existing Operating Areas. Due To The Urgency, The First Architectural And Planning Services Up To And Including Lp 4 Were Awarded Directly, So That The Building Application For The Project Could Be Submitted At The End Of 2025 And Is Currently Being Examined By The Responsible Building Supervisory Authority Of The City Of Hameln.
