The Subject Is Implemented Under Project No. Kpod.07.02-Ip.10-0354/25/Kpo/13/2025/730 Entitled Modernization Of The Infrastructure And Equipment Base Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 4 In Bytom In Order To Improve Access And Increase The Quality Of Cardiac Care Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Immunity Plan: Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System, Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A – Assortment And Price Form, Annex No. 1B – List Of Required Parameters And Conditions.
