Service-Hiring A Specialized Company To Carry Out Internal And External Glass Cleaning Services For The Taquara City Council Building, Covering Windows, Doors, Glazed Facades, Showcases And Other Existing Glass Surfaces, Approximately 227Mt² Of Clear And Smooth Glass Divided By Aluminum Partitions, 50% Of Which Ground Floor And 50% 2Nd Floor, Upper Floor At Height. Services Must Be Carried Out With The Use Of Duly Trained Labor, Use Of Suitable Products, Appropriate Equipment And Tools, Non-Abrasive Products, Strictly Observing Occupational Safety Standards, Especially Those Applicable To Services At Height. The Contracted Company Must Provide All Materials, Supplies And Personal Protective Equipment (Epis) And Other Resources Necessary For The Perfect Execution Of The Services, Ensuring The Cleaning, Conservation And Integrity Of The Surfaces, Without Causing Damage To Public Property. The Services Must Be Executed On Days And Times Previously Agreed With The Administration, So As Not To Interfere With The Functioning Of Legislative And Administrative Activities.
