The Procured Works Are Mainly Small Or Minor Maintenance And Upkeep Works As Well As Repair, Adjustment And Modification Works, The Duration And Extent Of Which Vary By Site. In 2024, There Were Approx. 500 Small Assignments Based On Service Requests In The Maintenance Book. The Procurement Includes On-Call. The Contractor Ranked First In The Order Of Priority Is Obliged To Perform On-Call Work In Accordance With The Required Response Time. The Work Is Mainly Performed By The Hour.
