The Customer Is Requesting An Offer For The Preparation Of A Baseline Survey For The Area Of ​​The Topinoja Waste Center, Which Includes A Landfill Area In Addition To The Functions Of The Waste Center. The Goal Of The Baseline Survey Is To Prepare A Survey In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act (527/2014) And The Government Decree On Landfills (331/2013), Which Presents An Assessment Of The State Of Decomposition And Gas Formation Of The Soil And Groundwater In The Area, As Well As The State Of Gas Formation In The Open Landfill. The Survey Is Used As Part Of The Renewal Of The Environmental Permit And The Planning Of The Future Use Of The Area, And It Provides A Reference Point For The Current State Of The Area When The Operation Ends.
