Quotation are invited for Housekeeping and Custodial Services for the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for housekeeping and custodial services for the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the visit instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award an IDIQ contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A site visit is scheduled to be on 02/05/2026 at 10:00 am. If you are interested in attending, please submit the Site visit request (BEC Access Form ) along with a copy of ID document to [email protected] on or before 01/29/2026 12:00 pm Baghdad local time. Submit any question related the RFQ to [email protected] on/before 02/09/2026 at 12:00 pm Baghdad local time. The answers will be posted latest by 02/12/2026. Quotations are due by 03/09/2026 at 16:00 pm Baghdad local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. All quotations must be in English.
